Cryogenic Submersible Pump

LNG submerged pumps are mainly used for the filling, transportation and transfer in vehicle-mounted cylinders, natural gas liquefaction plant, LNG terminal, etc...The equipment are mainly centrifugal type.

Performance Features

1. The submersible pump is put into a vacuum container as a whole and completely immersed in the medium to ensure zero leakage, reduce the cold loss of the unit and realize fast start.

2. The inlet is equipped with induction wheels, which greatly reduces the requirements on the NPSHa.

3. Guide vanes are multi-channel guide vanes, which realize the self-balance of hydraulic radial force.

4. The motor and pump are integrated, and the motor is high-speed frequency conversion motor, which improves the working range of the pump

5. Imported cryogenic bearing, mature technology, lifespan is more than 6000 hours
