The refined raw material gas is mixed with water vapor according to the water-carbon ratio of 3.5-3.9, and then preheated to 500-600 ° C through the convection part of the reformer and enters the radiant part of the reformer. Under the action of a catalyst, a complex steam reforming reaction occurs. An equilibrium mixture of methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water, the main reaction is CH4 + H20 = C0 + 3H2-206.4kJ / mol
The conversion gas at about 350 ° C enters the medium temperature shift reactor, and the shift reaction occurs under the action of the catalyst so that the CO content in the shift gas is reduced to about 3%, and the hydrogen continues to be produced. The main reaction is CO + H20 = C02 + H2 + 41.2 k /mol
After cooling to 40 ° C with a medium-change gas water cooler, the free water was first separated by a separator, and then the PSA purification part was added, and finally, industrial pure hydrogen having a purity of 99.9% was obtained.
