The light hydrocarbon recovery unit adopts mature and reliable process technology to centrally treat the gas and the top gasoline of four sets of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.
The light hydrocarbon recovery unit is responsible for the recovery of light hydrocarbons, also known as natural gas condensate (NGL), which is composed of C2~C6+ and contains condensate components (C3~C5). Light hydrocarbon recovery refers to the process of recovering components of natural gas that are heavier than methane or ethane in liquid form.
On the one hand, in order to control the hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas to achieve the commercial gas quality index, avoid gas-liquid two-phase flow; on the other hand, the recovered liquid hydrocarbon has great economic value and can be directly used as a fuel or further separated into ethane, Propane, butane or propane mixture (liquefied gas), light oil, etc., can also be used as chemical raw materials.
Light hydrocarbon recovery unit system
1. Dehydration separation system: This system is a natural gas passing through a separation device, through low-speed, rotary separation, metal filter screen and other processes, so that water, heavy oil, sediment, etc. are fully separated, greatly reducing the load and cumbersome maintenance of the downstream process system The remarkable feature of the system is the addition of a rotary separation and wire mesh filtering device, and the separation effect is significantly increased.
2. Compression purification system: The compression system adopts oil-free compressor, and the evaporative condenser has the characteristics of low energy consumption and convenient maintenance.
3. Drying system: This system adopts 4A molecular sieve, gas heating and reduction, automatic exchange and other characteristics, energy saving effect is good, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
4. Refrigeration separation system: According to different feed gas pressure, composition and recovered products, propane refrigeration cycle, expander refrigeration cycle, methane/light hydrocarbon refrigerant cycle, etc. All can be selected to achieve separation and recovery of light hydrocarbon products such as ethane and propane.
